Our pizza draws from the tradition of classic Pizza Napoletana, reimagined with a contemporary American flair.
Each pie is fired in our Neapolitan brick oven, fueled only by wood to achieve the signature blistered crust and delicate smokiness that defines true wood-fired pizza.
Our dough begins with Italian Flour and undergoes a slow 48-hour fermentation, developing deep flavor, lightness, and exceptional texture. Every pie is stretched out to 12 inches, then finished with organic tomato sauce and high-quality, fresh, natural ingredients.
